Roofing Foreman Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a crew of roof mechanics and laborers throughout installation, repair, or removal projects
Supervise equipment use
Track and report progress
Ensure project specifications are followed
Submit employee timesheets
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations

Roofing Foreman Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED certificate
State licensure
Two or more years of construction experience, preferably in a supervisory role or as a roof mechanic
Familiar with low slope roof installations and repairs
OSHA 30-hour card a plus
Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish preferred)
Valid driver’s license
Physical stamina
Organizational and time management skills
