Our office in Riverside AAA Roofing is seeking a Superintendent.  AAA Roofing is a leading commercial and industrial roofing contractor operating in several Western states. Specializing in new construction, existing building re-roofs, tenant improvements, maintenance with Defend 360, and leak detection under our Roof Advantage 360 program. Under the direct leadership of founder Gene Smith, today it is one of the leading commercial & industrial roofing companies in Western States having installed over 150 million square feet of roof surface.

What You Will Be Doing
A roofing superintendent is responsible for leading roofing foremen to perform work safely and productively per specifications and to the standards of the company and customer.
-Oversee field staff, assisting foremen with crew leadership
-Order Materials
-Assist in scheduling of crews
-Collect timecards
-Visit job sites daily
-Conduct or participate in daily safety audits
-Train field staff in safety, work skills and efficiency
-Provide ongoing feedback to foremen regarding job performance
-Resolve complains and grievances; assist with discipline when necessary

What You Need for this Position
-5+ Superintendent with a similar size-roofing contractor and minimum of 5+ of roofing experience
-Required: High school diploma.
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to lift, carry and move items weighing in excess of 100 lb. occasionally
-The mobility to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time
-Ability to climb ladders frequently and work on elevated roof surfaces
-Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, both hot or cold and in windy conditions
-Ability to operate tools that require extensive use of the hands
-Clean driving record a must/ Valid State Drivers License
