Ensure growth and success of Commercial Repair & Maintenance Department for designated area. Maintain existing client base, develop new customers and searching for potential prospects in designated geographic area.
Deliver Excellent Service: Respond, diagnose, and propose repair, re-roof, or maintenance agreement solutions to all new clients. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, service hand off, account management and networking.
Inspections: Respond to leak calls and/or maintenance needs by completing a full inspection for the customer by accessing the roof and taking measurements to generate approved work.
Maximize Repair or Re-Roof Opportunities: Continuously look at ways to maximize opportunities through up-sale of a repair, a re-roof or on-going maintenance agreements.
Client Relations: Maintain client base and increase market share with new client growth including relationships with property managers and building owners. Establish and maintain a regular cadence of calling/meeting clients to prospect for new work and referrals.
Scope of Work: Complete scope of work in CRM (Job Progress) and ensure all reports & photos are in system for the Production Manager and crews
Estimating/Proposals: Using the roofing CRM (Job Progress) complete accurate proposal for customer with achieving GPM required.
Meeting and/or exceeding budgeted monthly sales quota
Growing the Repair and Maintenance department to servicing clients inside and outside our target market area
Ensuring BDR reputation is sustained in area
Qualifications, Certifications, Educational Requirements
3 plus year experience in roofing/sales
Outgoing and energetic personality
Must demonstrate high level of organization and professionalism
Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with management on a daily basis.
Must demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and “self-starter”
Excellent writing skills
Computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Suites
